THE DARK KNIGHT took in the most on the first day where the next two days saw a drop.  yet it also pulled in $40 million overseas.   So it looks like it is on target to hit $300 million by the end of next weekend of by August 1st.  I saw THE DARK KNIGHT on Saturday again.   I took in details I didn't see before and the performances (by Heath Ledger and Aaron Eckhart) were even stronger the second time
